Is there a stata code to estimate ordered tobit model of Marc F. Bellemare and Christopher B. Barrett an ordered tobit model of market participation: evidence from Kenya and Ethiopia. Am. J. Agr. Econ. (2006) 88 (2):324-337. doi: 10.1111/j.1467-8276.2006.00861.x.
I am aware of oheckman of Chiburis and Lokshin (2007) The Stata Journal (2007) 7, Number 2, pp. 167(182). However I do not think it is appropriate to estimate Bellemare and Barrett (2006)‘s model.
