Updated version of -krippalpha- on SSC

Thanks to Kit Baum, an updated version of krippalpha is now available from SSC.

Changes include:

• computation of bootstrapped Krippendorff's alpha coefficients and confidence intervals is availiable.
• krippalpha now allows varlist and variable names containing wildcards (i.e. *).
• if no data level is specified, krippalpha assumes the data to be categorical.

To install, use ssc install krippalpha. To update, type adoupdate krippalpha, update in Stata.
