I would like to plot individual growth trajectories (like those often used as a preparation to latent growth modelling). I could do that in my SEM software of choice (Mplus), but Mplus's graphic capabilities are moderate and even abscent on the Mac version (which I prefer to use, since I'm Mac-based).
Stata has wonderful graphic capabilities. Is there a command or a combination of commands that can plot individual growth trajectories similar to Lattice in R (or, at the very least, similar to Mplus in Windows)?
