New command available: usemtw - load (older) Minitab binary datasets (*.mtw) into Stata

New command usemtw to import Minitab binary datasets (files with extension *.mtw) into Stata is taking shape. It will not load the most recent compressed data files, but accepts the earlier and still plentiful Minitab worksheets, commonly supplied with statistics textbooks and used in economics, engineering, and biology courses.

The program will be posted to SSC once it is deemed reliable and free of obvious bugs, which might still be present since this is an undocumented format.
