Efficiency: Technical, Allocative and Economic of farm production

Hello everyone,
I am planning to do efficiency (technical, allocative, economic, scale) analysis of farm production. But I am quiet new to stata, so I am searching for any example "paper", "data set" or "do files" , or stata tutorial from university lectures etc on this topic. It would be nice even on topics Stochastic Frontier Analysis, Distance Function, etc. Any advice to proceed on this topic are highly appreciated.
