Hi there,
Every time after I used commands such as -stack- and -svmat-, Stata will display the following warning message:
"Warning: data in memory will be lost.
Press any key to continue, Ctrl-Break to abort."
I know that the question was asked and some statlisters proposed using "set more off, permanently" before (for example, http://www.stata.com/statalist/archi.../msg00746.html). But I am not quite sure if the proposed solution actually works. I could sort of work around this by pressing lots of empty spaces while the program is running. But it becomes very annoying when you need to embed such commands in a canned program.
I would very much appreciate your kind help!
Best,
Le
