I winsorized 25 variables simultaneously using the winsor2 command in Stata. However, I noticed that the first variable in the variable list does not appear to have been winsorized correctly and contains some unusual values after running the command. In contrast, the remaining variables appear to have been winsorized as expected.
Is this a known issue with winsor2, or could it be related to the way the command is specified? Has anyone encountered a situation where the first variable in a winsor2 command is treated differently from the others?
Any guidance on how to diagnose or resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
