Dark Mode for Mac

My apologies for the image quality. I have redownloaded Stata after about a year (on a mac). I never had issues with darkmode previously, but now it appears that it is only working for the results tab and the .do files. I can't seem to activate the 'universal dark mode' as it were. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers.

I had this issue too, and I was only ever able to modify things to the extent that you've already got it (i.e. Results, Command, and Do-file Editor windows/sections). Would love a universal dark mode!

Dark mode is an appearance system setting on macOS and not controlled by Stata. All you did was change Stata to use dark colors while the system appearance is set to Light mode (which I can tell by the fact that the window titlebar is not dark). Open up the System Settings dialog and select Dark for Appearance. Stata itself has separate preferences for whether you're in dark mode or light mode so that you can toggle between those two modes and Stata will load the appropriate settings for the appearance setting.
