Why I can't use the meta-analysis control panel in STATA

My meta-analysis control panel is completely greyed out and locked. I cannot click or select any options. Does anyone know how to fix this?

All buttons and functions are not clickable.....even after I used command to define the meta-analysis dataset
In the first picture, I can't click "clear" "display" or "modify"; in the second picture, I can't click nothing, but sample size, mean......
