Newbie in this group though have been using Stata intermittently for the past few years.
I would like to plot engraftment data with competing risk (death/relapse) without covariate and just comparing 2 cohort groups (year 1 vs year 2).
I have been struggling which command I should use and data transformation (?needed).
I would like to know how to do this as well with GVHD transplant data.
Highly appreciate your input or any leads for the appropriate article.
