I am attempting to use psidtools to install CNEF. Here is the code and error:

The temp directory is created by psidtools. I erase after the failure, and the same error comes up. I have used PSIDTOOLS to install PSID files and it works just fine. I have replaced the zip file several times, and so I know the download is fine.
