How to interpret beta, Alt. sol. 1 and Alt. sol. 2 in Oster bounds using psacalc?

Dear All,
Please help me understand that bias changes direction here.
My result says that the bias changes direction. However, beta is still negative here, which is near my controlled beta.
Please help me interpret my results.
