Need Help: SPOST13

I recently upgraded to Stata19, while trying update some previous packages, practically SPOST13, I received the following (see below), any suggestions?

You should be able to type

findit spost13_ado

and take it from there. However, at least for the moment, Scott Long's personal site seems to be gone. If it is a temporary network glitch, you may be able to get it in a few hours or a few days. I've sent a note to Scott Long asking about it.

Indiana university has recently zapped a bunch of faculty web pages, including Scott Long’s. I imagine this has saved the university at least $100, maybe even more. Scott is working on a new home for spost13.
