use of ivregress for instrumental variables

I have a dataset where dependent variable is binary, endogenous variable is ordinal having 10 points, instrumental variable is ordinal with 4 points and control variables consist continuous and dummy variables. can i use IVREGRESS command in this case? if yes, is interpretation of results same? If not, what is the appropriate command?

eregress has models with an ordered endogenous variable. I don't think ivregress can handle the ordered endog without modification.
