Combining forest plots and funnel plots

Hey,
I'm running a meta analysis for 6 different variables and producing 1 forest plot and 1 funnel plot for each of them.
I would like to combine the graphs to better display them in my report; ideally 1 image (2 rows, 3 columns) for the forests and an identical one for the funnels.
Graph combine does not work with my plots though: is there a workaround? A different command to use?
I'm new to Stata and any help is really appreciated.

without knowing more, including what you mean by "does not work" (please read the FAQ), only guesses are possible - rather than guessing, why not tell us what we need to know including the code the you used for the original files, the exact code you used to try to combine the files and the exact error message (assuming there was one) that Stata gave you
