how do I convert string multiple answer survey question to better manage variables

Hello, I am learning STATA for my thesis. My survey has a few "Select All That Apply" questions, so it is in string format. How do I change it so I can manage the variables for better analysis?

On this information, the best approach may well be to use split to separate answers and then create indicator variables. but much depends not only on the data but on what you want to do next.
