Google Chrome Warning

On a mega-trivial note: I have Google Chrome 136.0.7103.49. Do we really still need the message "Users of Google Chrome version 83 may experience a bug when posting to the forum?" It wouldn't surprise me if users of Netscape Navigator 1.0 (released in 1994) had trouble too, but I don't know if we need to keep warnings for all eternity. ;-)

Apparently, version 83 was released in May 2020, so it's five years old. Administrators should have data on the frequency distribution of browsers of forum users, and they can take a call based on that. But I wouldn't be too surprised if there are still a fair number of computers around that haven't had their browsers updated in five years.
