polychoricpca help please

Hi

I have five categorical variables namely trust_parliament, trust_police, trust_courts, trust_govt, and trust_civilservice. All these variables range from 1 no trust to 4 full trust. I want to create a trust index using scores of all five and to my knowledge polychoric pca (polychoricpca) should work the best. however, i am unable to find its command at ssc. how to install this and run this please
