how do I add 3 fixed effects to an OLS regression

this is the question: Estimate a Fixed Effects model controlling for unobserved heterogeneity across kingdoms (kingdom), decades (decades) and the total number of siblings (totsib2), also include the control variables in the OLS regression. dependent variable is in_war. independent variable is queen. control variables are fbmg, mgs, lg_nm, lg_m, co_r.
