Fetching ICD description and generating new variable

Hi,

I have dataset that contains ICD 10 codes. What I want is to generate a new variable and fetching the description of each icd code next to it. I tried with icd10 lookup, generate(code_desc) but it did not work.

Any help is appreciated.

i am trying to get icd 10 codes for coronary angiography and then icd 10 codes for patients with PCI. for some reason its is not picking up all patients with coronary angiography, wonder what icd 10 codes I need. eg patient who have had cabg are much more than PCI which is not usually true in us
