I'm working on weighted data. I used a logistic regression to identify the risk factors of a disease. But I admit that after reading the discussions in the forum, it helped me better understanding the analysis for weighted data. My question is, given that we can't get an R2 with weighting, if I introduce all my dependent variables (significant at 0.2) into the logistic regression model svy: logistic varindpt vardpt1 vardpt2 vardpt3 vardpt4 etc., can I easily interpret the results obtained? Or are there other parameters I need to take into account to explain the model and its power?
