Longitudinal plot

I am running a mixed model with 13 waves of data. I'd like to create a linear plot of the results, but I can't find directions anywhere! There are several models, and here is the syntax for one.

mixed DA time TE c.Gender||SUBJECT: TE,cov(unstruc)

DA is a depression score
TE is a trauma score

Any assistance would be most appreciated.

This does not seem much different from or more precise than your previous posts. Quite what results do you expect to plot? Predicted values? Something else?
