synth package available for Mac ARM

The synth package of Abadie, Diamond and Hainmueller, available on SSC since 2020, requires a C plugin. The original package supported the Mac X86 (Intel) architecture, but not the newer Mac ARM architecture. The synth SSC package now contains a universal Mac OSX plugin that works on both architectures.
