That depends on what you use to estimate that model. There is no command that estimates that model that comes directly with Stata (notice the single capital letter, Stata is an invented word not an acronym), but there are several comunity contributed packages that do so. The answer obviously depends on which one you are using.

That was not the answer i was looking for. Stata itself can not estimate that model, you must have downloaded an additional program that does that in Stata. What is that program?
