After conducting MICE (mi impute chained), I was able to perform stcox using the mi estimate command. However, I am unable to obtain cumulative incidence (sts list), incidence rate (strate), or probability curves (stcurve) using the mi estimate command. What is the best way to overcome this problem? It appears that mi estimate does not support sts list or sts rate but when using cmdok it mentions that matrix e(b) and e(V) are not set.
