No Idea about Interpretation of Staggered DiD Result

Hi,

I have a result but no idea about interpreting this graph as I know that the two groups are totally different before treatment and the effect is becoming larger and larger, but I also notice that the treatment has negative effect after time t = -1.


Then I did HonestDiD, I found this:



My question is whether I need to care about the parallel trend in this case? What's the exact interpretation of my results.
