issues with reghdfe

Hi,
My reghdfe command used to work but now its not working.I get the following return
invalid syntax
(error occurred while loading reghdfe.ado)
r(198);

I tried installing reghdfe ftools and then reinstalling them. I continue to get the same error
Then I manually tried removing the reghdfe ado as associated file from the folders and then reinstalled, but it still doesn't work. Why is this the case?

I tried update query and then proceeded to
update all
(contacting http://www.stata.com)

downloading utility files ... server refused to send file
r(672);

But I got the following error.

I am using a university wifi connection.

just coded -update all- from my desktop (wi-fi Internet connection) and it works for me.
I would ask your university IT Dept.
