Hi!
This is more of a theory question than practical.
Background- conducting an analysis on distance to hospital and surgical outcomes (bivariate variable to start with) using a large clinical dataset in UK. We are running distance as a restricted cubic spline analysis with 5 knots.
On interpreting the graph output from adjustrcspline (adjusted predictions). After mixed effects logistic regression, adjustrcspline was run with a logit link.
How do we interpret the Y axis- adjusted predictions/ graph outputs? Is this the predicted probability of success in outcome? or the expected odds ratio as eform was run with melogit from previous step?
Thanks a lot. Sorry this is a basic question.
Bo
