I would like to know how to consider two sampling weights in HLM.
Currently, I've been running TALIS, which is a large-scale international dataset with two sampling weights (at teacher-level and school-level).
If I want to run HLM model / multilevel mixed effect model using xtreg or mixed command, how can I run it while considering both sampling weights?
