Issues running a regression analysis

Hello,

For some reson I get an error when running a logistic regression analysis on one of my variables. It's a categorical variable with five values (i.e. five different chemotherapy regimens), and I have no issues running other tests on it, such as cox regression or Chi2.

As a matter of fact, I have no issues running univariate cox regression analysis on this particular variable. But the same issue occurs when I run a multivariate analysis and I include a spesific other variable (the last variable in the attached image: "Numberofcycles..."), as shown here:

I'd plot the two variables in #1 in a scatter plot to see what is going on.
