Hi, I am trying to use a residual model which is the dependent variable in my next model for pooled regression analysis. however, i am not sure whether simple regress (regress) should be used for residual model or I should keep pooled regression (xtreg) for both models?
Also I am trying to run GMM on stata as well. but not sure if that would be a good idea keeping in mind that my variables are continuous and heteroscedasticity errors are not apparent
