how to calculate date of birth from present age

Please if I have case with age 52 years on date 1 Jan 2016, how do I find the date of birth in Stata?

Here is example data. Any help on how to find the date of birth is appreciated

gen age = 52

All you can do with this information is to give an interval estimate.

If someone was reported as being 52 on 1 Jan 2016, then assuming that is correct we have an interval of 365 days that should include their birthday. (Not 366 because 2015 was not a leap year.)

Assume I am 52 now. (Not true, but there you go.) When was my birthday?
