Nested Regression Table

Hi, I'm having trouble creating a nested regression table from asdoc. I'm trying to create a table that look like the example attached below.



the command i tried executing was:

asdoc xtreg ceta_w lnwui, nested replace
asdoc xtreg ceta_w lnwui roa_w, nested
asdoc xtreg ceta_w lnwui roa_w size_w, nested
asdoc xtreg ceta_w lnwui roa_w size_w lev_w, nested
asdoc xtreg ceta_w lnwui roa_w size_w lev_w mbv_w, nested
asdoc xtreg ceta_w lnwui roa_w size_w lev_w mbv_w gdp, nested
asdoc xtreg ceta_w lnwui roa_w size_w lev_w mbv_w gdp cci, nested

however the resulting table from those commands became like this



What am I missing from here?
