  • Displaying only significant rows

    Hi,
Is it possible to only display the rows in table in which value is p<0.05?
I have a big data. I am using table1_mc, anova or Fisher test so there is lots of outcomes. The table has for example 12 rows but only one is significant and I would like the program to display only this one row in this table
    Thank you in advance!

I rather hope this isn't easy. This is not the proper role of any significance test result.

Please note our longstanding request to use real names on this forum (unless of course Madrian is your real last name).

To elaborate on Nick's response, what you propose is statistically inappropriate. The "table 1" shows variables that are important to compare between groups and that could have material impact when interpreting later results. If it is important, it goes in the table regardless of the test result. If it is not important, why are you including it? By the way, 12 rows is not even remotely a large "table 1", which could reasonably have 20-30 rows.

Ardian Madrian , you may not need a table at all if the use case is a manuscript you are writing and there is only one thing to talk about. A single sentence will probably suffice while listing some of the other variables that are not. I know none the three responses answers the question you pose.
