Hello,
I am looking to conduct a very simple mediation analysis with a continuous outcome variable D, a continuous mediator M, and a binary treatment T. I'm looking to use the reghdfe command to run my regressions, which is why I wish to learn how to do a mediation analysis manually.
I've found some potential suggestions with the following links (many of my other searches refer me to packages such as medsem or medeff), but am still uncertain as the best path on how to run a manual mediation (using only some form of regression) and eventually get a test result for Sobel-Goodman mediation. Below are the related links:

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly welcome, thank you.
