Business Calandars Available for Download?

Hi all,

Stata's help file for the business calendar functionality state that "Business calendars are defined in files named calname.stbcal, such as simple.stbcal. Calendars may be supplied by StataCorp and already installed, obtained from other users directly or via the SSC, or written yourself".¹ I have looked online but cannot find any place from which to download pre-specified business calendars. Does such a repository exist?

I am looking for a business calendar of American trading days--a common use for the business calendar feature, I imagine--so I am hopeful someone has already written an applicable calendar.

simple.stbcal is a file bundled with Stata 18. I can't speak for any others.

Thanks for your response. For posterity, simple.stbcal covers November 2011, excluding weekends, American thanksgiving, and the Friday following.
