Hello,
Relatively inexperienced STATA user and complete meta-analysis novice here asking for help.
I'm trying to perform a funnel plot as part of a meta-analysis of two-sample binary data. I am using the command: meta funnelplot, random(reml)
The effect size on the x-axis is log(OR). I would like to transform that into OR to make it more readily interpretable. However, I cannot work out how to do it. When I try operations such as transform or eform as I did in the meta summarise, I get lots of error codes!
Any help appreciated!
Many thanks,
Adam
