ssc install spmap

Hello Statalisters,

I am trying to learn basic mapping using spmap. Unfortunately, I faced with the following problem and could not solve via proxy settings (which is mentioned before):

ssc install spmap
connection timed out
http://fmwww.bc.edu/repec/bocode/s/ either
1) is not a valid URL, or
2) could not be contacted, or
3) is not a Stata download site (has no stata.toc file).

current site is still https://www.stata.com/
r(2);
