fmwww.bc.edu/Repec server down?

I was trying to download user-written packages, I'm getting the following error message:

connection timed out
http://fmwww.bc.edu/RePEc/bocode/o/ either
1) is not a valid URL, or
2) could not be contacted, or
3) is not a Stata download site (has no stata.toc file).

It's been like this for several hours, both from my PC and from the unix server. Any info on what's going on?
