Error when attempting to update Stata 17

Hi, when I try to update Stata 17 I get the following error:

file http://www.stata.com/updates17/docs/me.pdf not found
r(601);

Steps to reproduce:

update all

Stata Info:
Stata/BE 17.0 for Mac (Apple Silicon)
Revision 17 Jan 2022

System Info:
macOS Sonoma 14.1
