CSDID - Why is my data not pulling through after running the regression?

Hi all

Is there anyone who can please guide me here? I'm trying to run a CSDID with a few basic covariates. I know I'm doing something wrong but I cannot figure out what. The results are not pulling through

I've copied and pasted the results from the basic CSDID regression. my observation is 3,960 but it shows 0 after running the model. I may have missed a step somewhere I know, but what? Please help me.

Your gvar is not constructed correctly
look at the example dataset in help file to see how the tab should look like
