asdoc "my file"

i am new to the stata, i am trying to save file in asdoc but results are
file Myfile.doc could not be opened
fopen(): 603 file could not be opened
func_detailed_reg(): - function returned error
<istmt>: - function returned error
r(603);
kindly help me to find the solution

often you get that message if the file is open
