The command for propensity score, the mnps command does not run properly

I am tryingt o run the mnps command, but the result said "last estimates not found". I did follow all of the steps from the guide book. Does anyone know how to fix this?

where did you obtain this command because I can't find it? your posting leads me to believe that this might be an R program and this forum is for Stata
