The expression E[loggdp|D = 1] − E[loggdp|D = 0] is essentially meaningless without knowing more about the context. Yes, I can pick apart the fact that you appear to have some variable loggdp and some other variable D, but it is unclear what the function E[] is, and it is unclear what you are estimating here (the difference of two means?). To be completely frank with you, this question is lazy and you are fortunate to get any kind of response at all.
More to the point, it looks like you may have pasted E[loggdp|D = 1] − E[loggdp|D = 0] in from a homework assignment. You should not ask for help on homework here, nor should anyone answer your homework questions here. See the section from the FAQ on homework.
