Can Large N and small T panel use xtdcce2?

Hello!
To deal with cross-sectional dependence, I'm working on a N=131 T=19 dynamic panel data using xtdcce2 code. Obviously，the time dimension is not enough.

Should I abandon the code or what to do else?
