How to deal with ratios in stata? I have a repeated measures of 2 hormones in the blood and I want to look how the ratio between them will be affected at time point 0, 15,30,60,90, 120 minutes following a meal? I measured these 6 timepoints at 3 different visits over 1 year. At each visit, I did the same 6-timepoint test. What is the best test to look at the changes within each visit? and how to compare at the three visits. what tests if the data is normally distributed or not? Thanks in advance
