1. How do I say <NO>?
2. Why is there a confirmation needed in this operation (adding a file to a project)? What is the specific risk? Some data loss? Something will be overwritten? (In my observations regardless whether I am adding a file to a project as an existing file or as a new file, it is added with its content intact). Hence, why 2 menu items then?
