command cmset is unrecognized r(199)

Hello everyone,

I am trying to understand the use of choice modelling using Stata, and I am reading the reference manual (Release 18) [CM] Choice Models (stata.com)

In the section "Interpretation of coefficients", I am uploading the dataset "Modes of travel". Then I proceed to the step: cmset id mode

In return I get the instruction "command cmset is unrecognized" r(199)"

I wonder if this might be a problem with the software version that I am using: Stata/IC 15.1, and if there is any way I can solve this problem?

Choice model support was added to official Stata in Stata 16. The software isn't separately downloadable. You need access to a later version for this to work.
