Hello,
I have conducted a discrete choice experiment in which participants had to choose between two vehicle options based on three different attributes. I have fit a latent class conditional logit model based on the attributes and personal characteristics.
I would now like to derive the utility function for each mode. I know that the coefficients of my model are the coefficients of each of the specified attributes in the utility function. I have also added an alternative specific constant for one mode option in my model which would then be the constant of the utility function?
However, if I see it correctly this would then only be the utility function for the option I specified the alternative specific constant for. How do I derive the utility function of the other option? Do I run another model with the alternative specific constant for this option?
Thank you very much in advance!
