Creating a Venn Diagram using one variable already available as the intersection

I would like to create a Venn diagram like the one in the attached picture. I have these three variables, WLZ, MUAC and Both already defined and I would like the "Both" variable to appear in the overlapping area of the two circles. Is there a way to do it?
